English is the/one of the most likely languages people will try to learn all along their lives whether it is for school, their job or just for the fun of it. As English students we are now capable to say why English is not as hard as it has been said.
Although the teacher has a major importance in the process of learning a language, we as students should no blame it on them if we cannot comprehend /this-or-that/ topic, it is up to us to try hard, and not to just rely upon what we see in class.
An important thing to do before trying to learn a foreign language is actually understand our mother tongue; the tenses, the parts of speech, etc. so as not to have trouble understanding what their function is in the English language.
Another important thing to consider is that whether you learn it by yourself or you decide to go to an specialised school, you are not to start anywhere you want, but with the basis of the language, which are the topics that will help you through out the whole learning process.
